Maddog is innocent until proven guilty.
The witnesses will plead upon this case, testifying to the exact extent of his behavior(s)

After the jury has decided, two days will be allowed for this, maddog will be guilty or innocent.
If guilty, he will face his entire ban until May 29th.

If innocent, he will face half, and be taken off on May 19th.

I would have to say Guilty, because I know he did it.
But, then again, he also apologized.
But, after that, he continuosly made more accounts.

Well.....It's hard for me to say, since he is my friend, but we could stop this with word cencoring, but he'll find a way to use it. I already have word cencoring except he puts X in vowels so....... I don't really want him banned....
